Our staff coaches are devoted to the holistic development of our young people. Our coaches align their individual goals with our organizational player development model. The younger age group coach is, first and foremost one who loves to work with young children and who possesses charisma and passion. Infectious enthusiasm is a strong asset here; since inspiring a passion and a love for the game is the number one priority for this age group. Playing and coaching soccer must be fun for both the players and the coach. This is not a job for anyone who regards it as a chore. We have a very diverse and well educated coaching staff, with a balanced mix of coaches with teaching, coaching, and playing experience. Our Coaches have local, regional, national, and international playing and coaching experience. Our coaches are US Soccer Federation certified, while also meeting all the Kentucky Youth Soccer minimum coaching standards. In addition to each team having a USSF certified travel team coach, we offer supplemental coaching for Goalkeepers, Injury Prevention and Speed and Strength coaching, position specific functional training, and a Technical Skills coach for our U4-U8 Footskillz Academy. Our program provides a niche for the beginner recreational player to the elite athlete.
